Bridesmaid Dresses

Now that I have my dress I’ve been looking at ideas for what the bridesmaid dresses should look like, they can’t be to complicated and they need to fit with the style of the wedding, I’m not set on any of these but there getting closer to what I’m looking for:

Color wise I’m thinking blues. And slightly different dresses for the girls in order to suit them, with different shades of blue for each dress? Maybe one blue the same with different shades for detail parts? Opinions?

Looking at those dresses, A lot of them the skirts are very full, mostly you’re talking about the bodices though, but yeah, I’d avoid ones with very full skirts, ‘Cause then they might look like brides. πŸ™‚

I particularly like these ones (given what I know of the dress, it’d be great to see the dress properly.)

Unless the color of blue you’d pick is unflattering to a given bridesmaid, I’d go slightly different styles to suit them, same colour, vary details/embroidery.

I’m for the same colour, slightly different styles. If the variation of blues vary too much, then the bridal party won’t look united or coordinated. πŸ˜›

    I like these dresses:

    Hi Guys

    I like:

http://www.rossetti.vispa.com/med3.html, I love the two tone in the sleeve bit though I would prefer it without the inner long sleeve (have the hanging part though)

Excellent article. The part about colors was interesting. But I think you have to treat color schemes on a case-by-case scenario. As suggested, there are lots of examples where colors could be made more vibrant with contrasting backgrounds or bright titles to brighten things up.
